Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or make a booking, how we use it, and the rights you have. We are the “data controller” for this information.

1. What we collect

• Booking details you provide: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp, chosen villa, dates, number of guests, and any special requests.
• Technical data automatically collected by our hosting provider for security and performance (e.g. IP address, browser type). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How and why we use it

• To process and confirm your reservation and communicate with you about it (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud (legal basis: legitimate interest).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: our property management system provider (to store and manage your booking), and — where relevant — the host of the villa you booked. Payment, if taken online, is handled directly by a third-party payment provider; we do not store card details.

4. Data retention

We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, or ask for a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, email ptaridinglombok@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Security & international transfers

Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS). As our providers may operate outside Indonesia, your data may be processed in other countries under appropriate safeguards.

Booking Terms

By making a reservation you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings & rates

Rates are shown per night in the currency displayed and may exclude local taxes and service charges where indicated. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.

2. Payment

Payment terms are shown during booking. Where online payment is offered, it is processed securely by our payment partner. We never store your card details.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge up to 7 days before check-in, subject to the prevailing rate and availability. Cancellations and no-shows are charged in accordance with the rate booked; non-refundable rates are not refundable.

4. Check-in, house rules & guests

Check-in/out times, occupancy limits and house rules apply to each villa and are communicated on booking. The lead guest is responsible for all members of the party.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
